E-Day Drivers/Runners (vehicle needed)

What will driver/runner volunteers be doing on Election Day?

Drivers/Runners will be on call to drive voters to the polls and support other campaign transportation needs

Time slots for volunteers are:

*Please note: although we've provided slotted times, these times can be flexible to your availability*

Things to bring/notes:

Vehicle
ID and Immunization card
Mask
Hand sanitizer
Water bottle
Charged smartphone with the ability to take pictures (of sequence sheets)
Cellphone charger (and power bank back up if you have)
Lawnchair for when you are coming to the office to take a break/eat
good shoes and comfortable clothing
DO NOT WEAR A LEAH GAZAN SHIRT OR BUTTON (this goes against E-Day election laws)

COVID Protocols for E-day:

In keeping with our best practice to keep everyone safe and reduce exposure to our volunteers and voters, we are approaching E-day with a minimal contact approach, and using technology as much as possible.
We will be hosting E-day outside using the back parking lot at our campaign office (1111 Ellice)
Social distancing must be maintained by all volunteers
We will have a limited number of volunteers indoors
Washrooms may be used indoors
Masks, hand sanitizer, food, and beverages will be available to all volunteers and will be accessed outside in our back parking lot
